We also store a one-time submission reference and a non-reversible fingerprint of the network address the inquiry came from, used only to block automated spam.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to you, to discuss whether the project is a fit, and to prepare scope and scheduling information if the project proceeds. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in a secure database that only Balwind Construction can access. Website visitors cannot read, change, or delete any inquiry. A notification of new inquiries may be emailed to our business inbox so we can respond promptly.
Analytics
We record non-identifying events such as an inquiry being submitted successfully or a phone number being tapped, so we can understand which pages help people get in touch. The content of your inquiry — your name, email address, phone number, city, and description — is never sent to analytics.
Access and correction
You can ask us what information we hold about your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
